I saw Draft Round Modifier plus Skip Pack Animation. Are these separate options in the same part of the menu?

They are both listed as Ultimate Team features, but they have separate labels. Check the menu for the current arrangement.

Skip Pack Animation is the most relatable phrase I have read all day.
